If you just bought it, the shipping tools were probably never removed, especially if it is a front loader.
To verify it, run it with no clothes in it.

put a glass of water on washer to see if it is level if it is not adjust legs till it is.

Do you have the clothes in the washer even? If not it can jump all around.

you probably have to purchase a complete valve supply kit and install if the supply inlet is not visible

if it,s a new stove , you might have to set the clock before the oven will work. if it,s a used stove it might just be junk. also check the outlet, if it,s not getting full power that might cause it.

It could be the ovens element, wire harness or electronic oven control. You really should have it looked at by a technician.

More than likely the oven burner orifice will be an adjustable one.
Tightening it down will make the orifice smaller for propane and the reverse for natural gas.
The gas regulator should be a matter of removing the regulator cap and flipping it over.
