Ingredients

  • Red Velvet Cake Mix – Any brand of cake mix works. I used a 15.25 oz box. I love using Betty Crocker, but reach for any brand. Or buy what is on sale.
  • Egg – Large eggs are what I used when making these cookies.
  • Oil – Canola or vegetable oil work well for this cookie recipe. I do not recommend olive oil.
  • White Chocolate Chips – The white chocolate chips add a delicious sweetness to each bite. You can use milk chocolate chip or semi-sweet chips.
