The Yuru Camp△ Season 3 Yuru Camper no Tsudoi special event announced a fourth anime season on Saturday, revealing a commemorative illustration by the original creator Afro (pictured).
Yuru Camp△ adapts Afro's slice of life manga, which began in Manga Time Kirara Forward in May 2015 before transferring to Comic Fuz in 2019. Houbunsha published the 16th volume on March 12.
C-Station produced the first and second season in Winter 2018 and Winter 2021. The third season by animation studio 8bit aired in Spring 2024.
The Heya Camp△ (Room Camp) short spin-off aired in Winter 2020. Crunchyroll simulcast all three seasons and the spin-off with subtitles. The Yuru Camp△ Movie opened in Japan in July 2022.
Yen Press licensed the manga in English in April 2017. The 15th volume went on sale on October 15 and the 16th volume is scheduled to ship on February 18.

At least now I'm confident this will get dubbed.

Mono hasn't even started airing yet, and we already got a Season 4 announcement of Yuru Camp. I think Mono will air first though.

Never thought the day would come where I say this but not looking forward to this, at all. Unless they somehow miraculously go back to the old comfy vibe from s1,2. Better rewatch the first two seasons instead.

yay! :D i'm damn happy to read this! :D

@chaosflame5 It's like the Fruits Basket sequel. You can have a very expensive and popular, almost cult anime, but the sequels still remain in obscurity.

Awesome, another season of camping.

Nice!! The more I watch Yuru Camp, the more I began to love these characters. If the studio is 8bit again, hope they get the formula right this time. Third season felt something is missing compare to season 1 and 2 besides the art style changes.

@RobertBobert Yeah, Azusa's handling of the Light Music Club after the four girls graduated, plus the coverage of the four girls in college. Never read the manga but genre like slice of life is better off to have audio and colour on screen than reading from pages. Also, it would be a nice little spin-off prequel that deals with Sawako and the Death Devil band.

I love that we're getting more, but I'm also apprehensive about getting more... I don't want to fall out of love with this series.
Season 3 was decent, but I didn't enjoy it as much as the first two seasons.
Maybe the new characters in the illustration will mix things up a bit? They'd better keep plenty of Shimarin's solo camping, though.

@Ionliosite2 Its sequels and spin-offs still remain without adaptation.

@RobertBobert K-On! got a complete anime adaptation, there's no need to get a season 3 because the story can't go anywhere else, it's over.

Oh nice, just finished the second one a couple hours ago, and now there's news about a fourth. The camping isn't ending anytime soon for me.

MORE COMFY TIME LES GOOOOOO

Hopefully they will learn their lesson and choose a different studio than S3 which was an abomination and ruined the mood of the source material.

Now I actually think they released that movie a lot sooner lol.
Still great we got a continuation.

I wonder if K-ON! and other Manga Time Kirara classics were adapted during these years, would they also have gotten a bunch of seasons? Or is it more about the popularity of Yuru Camp itself?

A good present for my birthday.

To get four seasons is an accomplishment.
